We’d like to find out more about psychotherapy that’s gone wrong, as experts are warning that the lack of statutory regulation is leaving people vulnerable to harm.

We want to hear from people with mental health problems, who turned to a psychotherapist or counsellor for help and felt that the support they received made them feel worse, or that their therapist behaved inappropriately.
